Natasha (Tash) Symons
Physiotherapist
Tash brings a wealth of experience from both private practice and hospital settings. Her passion for sports has led her to currently work as the team physiotherapist for the Hawks VNL Netball Club and the State 17U Victorian Netball team. Additionally, she has worked with the Western Bulldogs AFLW team and contributed her expertise to the Victorian Men’s and Mixed Netball teams at their National Championships.
With a keen interest in treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, Natasha has pursued advanced studies in exercise rehabilitation for sports injuries and the GLA:D program for hip and knee osteoarthritis. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve their goals by adopting a holistic approach. She takes into account the full context of each individual, considering all factors that may contribute to their symptoms. By combining her extensive knowledge and experience, Tash provides tailored treatment plans that effectively alleviate pain and enhance recovery, ensuring clients return to their optimal function and performance.
Tash also has significant experience working with NDIS participants, with a particular focus on exercise-based therapy, including Pilates, to help with continued and improved participation and involvement.
